Processing Times

Delivery timeframes begin after your order has been processed and dispatched, not from the time you place your order.

Most jewellery is custom ordered or made to order. This means it may take a few days for us to receive your item from our supplier before it is shipped. We will contact you as soon as your order is ready to dispatch.

Delivery Options

We use Royal Mail for all deliveries.

Free – Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Limited Insurance)

  • Includes tracking and a delivery scan

  • Compensation up to £75

  • This level of cover may not protect high-value jewellery

  • By choosing this option, you accept the insurance limit and the risk of reduced compensation if the parcel is lost or damaged

Royal Mail Special Delivery – Fully Insured (Recommended)

  • Full tracking and signed-for delivery

  • Standard compensation up to £750

  • Optional extra cover available up to £2,500

  • Recommended for all jewellery orders due to the correct level of insurance and secure handling

Delivery Responsibility

Once your parcel has been dispatched, all delivery times depend on Royal Mail’s network. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, weather, industrial action or seasonal demand.

When your parcel enters the Royal Mail system, their delivery teams take full responsibility for how it is handled, transported, scanned and delivered.

Once Royal Mail mark a parcel as Delivered, it is classed as delivered to the address and is no longer under our control.

Choosing the Right Delivery Service

Your choice of delivery service determines the level of insurance applied to your parcel.

If you select a service with lower compensation than the value of your jewellery, you accept the risk that the insurance may not cover the full amount in the event of loss or damage.

Need your order by a specific date?

If you need your jewellery by a particular day, please contact us before ordering. We will confirm whether the item is in stock and advise the most suitable delivery option.

Your order will only be shipped once full payment has been received.
