Hygiene & Safety
Due to the nature of body jewellery and hygiene regulations, all jewellery sold on this website is non-returnable and non-refundable once it has left our premises, unless the item is found to be faulty upon receipt.
Please ensure you order the correct size, gauge, and fitting type for your piercing before completing your purchase, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors.

Handmade & Natural Variations
Many of our gold and gemstone pieces are handmade by skilled jewellers and may feature slight natural variations in texture, polish, or shape. These are not considered faults, but part of the unique craftsmanship of each item.

Faulty Items
If you believe your jewellery has arrived faulty, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and, if a genuine manufacturing fault is confirmed, offer a replacement or credit (at our discretion).
Faults or damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or attempted modification are not covered.

Order Discrepancies
Any discrepancies or missing items must be reported within 3 working days of delivery. Claims made after this period cannot be considered.

Made-to-Order & Non-Returnable Brands
Items ordered from the following suppliers are made to order and non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable once your 24-hour cooling-off period has passed:

  • BVLA

  • Norvoch

  • Le Roi

  • Anatometal

Once your order is confirmed, you will have a 24-hour cooling-off period to make any changes or cancel your order. After this time, the order is final and cannot be cancelled or amended, as it will have entered production or supplier allocation.

Refunds & Credits
Approved refunds or credits (for eligible cases) will be processed once the returned item has been inspected. All returned items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

Ownership
Goods remain the property of Artmageddon Piercing Studio until full payment has been received.
